RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
All of our products are digital download only.
Due to the nature of digital purchase, we do not offer refunds for any fulfilled orders unless other than where required by law. However; if orders have not been downloaded we will consider each request on a case by case basis.
We will need the following information
- Product title and order number. Tell is the name of the product for which you’d like a refund, as well as the order number for this purchase. Be sure the product title and order number are correct.
- Reason for requesting a refund. Explain as clearly as you can your reason for requesting a refund. Add as much additional details about your request as you can selecting the reason. Read the following carefully before you make your selection:
- Accidental purchase. This category only applies to purchases made by you. If someone other than you made the purchase, select I didn’t make this purchase instead. “Accidental purchases” can include any of the following:
- You purchased the incorrect item.
- You purchased the incorrect version of the item.
- You accidentally purchased content that you already own.
- Purchased content doesn’t work -If the content you purchased isn’t working correctly, try troubleshooting the problem before you submit your request for a refund. You will be asked to list the troubleshooting steps you tried .
- 'I didn’t make this purchase'
From time to time we may offer loyalty schemes.
Points may only be used on existing products, not custom designs or special requests.
Please refer to the loyal app for specifics regarding points accrual and redemption.
Points have no cash value.
We reserve the right to end or change the loyalty schemes at any time.

To fulfil your order,you must provide me with certain information (which you provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. you may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for custom orders for example) if you contact me directly.
